1. How many passengers can you carry?
We can carry up to 6 passengers, including children & infants.
2. Are your tours private?
Yes. The tour will be for your group only. You won’t be sharing the boat with other guests.

4. How long are your tours?
Our tours range from 2 to 8 hours. You can select your hours based on budget and what you would like to do.
5. Can we customize our tour?
Yes absolutely. Because our tours are private, we can tailor your time on the water to your requests!
6. Will we see dolphins?
Dolphins are wild animals, so sightings can never be guaranteed. However, they are regularly seen in the waters around Anna Maria Island, and our captains know the areas they frequent.
7. Do you provide snorkeling equipment?
Yes, snorkeling equipment is available on board for guests who want to explore the water.
8. Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes. you’re welcome to bring snacks, food, and drinks with you.(We provide bottled water and ice)
Alcohol is permitted on board however we urge you to drink responsibly and any ill mannered or aggressive behavior will result in your tour being canceled. Please do not bring: any glass on board or any foods that may stain the boat (i.e. Cheetos)
Smoking and or vaping is not permitted at any time.
9. What should we bring?
We recommend:
Sunscreen (please do not bring aerosol sunscreen as this will stain the boat)
Sunglasses, a hat, swimwear, towels (if you plan on getting in the water)
And your phone or camera.
10. Are children welcome?
Definitely. We are very family friendly. Infants need to be able to hold their head up on their own before they can travel with us.
11. Do you provide lifejackets for children?
Yes. Please provide us with the weights of your children so that we can ensure that we have the correct sized lifejacket on board for them.
All passengers under the age of 13 are required by law to wear a lifejacket at all times while on board the boat.
12. Is there shade on the boat?
Yes. Our boat has a large Bimini shade which can be used whilst the boat is not in motion.
13. Can we get off the boat and swim?
Yes we encourage this for any tour lasting three hours or more.
14. What happens if the weather is bad?
We closely monitor the weather. If the weather is bad whilst you are on the water we will return to the dock and refund you the hours that you have not used.
Before the trip the captain will keep you updated about the weather and if we need to, we will reschedule your trip to another day.
We recommend booking your charter earlier on in your vacation so that you have other days to move it to if needed.
(If we are unable to move you we will issue a full refund)
15. Should we tip the captain?
Tips are customary & very much appreciated.
16. How far in advance should we book?
To avoid disappointment we recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Our Online booking system allows you to book well in advance.
17. If we need to cancel what’s your cancellation policy?
At least to 24 hours is required to cancel/reschedule your tour. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will charged the full tour price.
18. Is there a toilet on board?
No. Toilets are located close to the boat ramp, and your captain is able to make toilet break stops at several locations.
19. Is your Boat handicap accessible?

20. How do I pay?
If Booking online, payment is taken using card or Apple Pay.
For payments taken on the day of your tour, please consider using cash or Venmo.
(There is a surcharge for using Venmo).
